<第28届中国华东进出口商品交易会(华交会)总结分析报告>

一、展会概述 About the 28th ECF


第28届中国华东进出口商品交易会于2018年3月1日至4日在上海新国际博览中心举行。本届 华交会展览面积达到12.36万平方米,设服装服饰展、纺织面料展、家庭用品展、装饰礼品展和 现代生活方式展(下设进口商品展区和跨境电商展区)五大专业主题展,展位数共计5707个,汇 聚了4000多家参展企业;吸引了36944名境内外采购商前来参观采购,其中境外采购商22311人,境 内采购商14633人。 另外,值得一提的是本届华交会采纳广大展商建议,缩短展期为4天,以提高订单效率,累计 成交23.20亿美元。 与此同时,华交会“展”“会”结合,华东进出口贸易论坛、跨境电商高峰论坛、买家 对接会和创新奖颁奖典礼等活动更趋专业化、国际化,现场人气爆棚,反响热烈。 

 The 28th East China Fair (2018 Shanghai) was held in Shanghai New International Expo Center from March 1st to 4th 2018. The exhibition halls were separated into ve themes as Garments, Textiles, Home Products, Gifts and Modern Lifestyle (including Overseas Products and Cross-border E-commerce), covering an area of 123,600 square meters and having 4,000 exhibitors with 5,707 standard booths in the fair. It attracted more than 36,944 buyers in total, among which 14,633 from domestic and 22,311 from overseas. It is worth mentioning that the 28th ECF adopted most exhibitors suggestions that exhibition period was shortened from the original 5 days to 4 days to improve order eciency. Within the 4 show days, the total amount of trade deals was$2,320 millions, increased 0.16% than the previous year. At the same time, the 28th East China Fair combined with "exhibition" and "meeting", such as the Import and Export Forum of ECF、the Cross-border E-commerce Summit、Business Matching and Innovation Awards Ceremony.


二、采购商分析 Buyer Analysis 


本届华交会与会采购商共计36944人,其中境外采购商22311人,境内采购商14633人。本届 华交会海外采购商的数量仍然持续上升,创近5年的新高,海外采购商来自全世界109个国家和 地区。纵观海外采购商的来源地,亚洲到会采购商高居首位,为17953人,欧洲到会采购 商2440人,北美洲到会采购商1497人。 

The 28th East China Fair attracted a total of 36,944 buyers, among them overseas buyers of 22,311 and domestic buyers of 14,633. The number of overseas buyers continued to rise, hit a new high of nearly 5 years. Overseas buyers are from 109 countries and regions around the world. Looking at the source of the overseas buyers, 17,953 Asian overseas buyers came to the fair, which was the largest group. The next one was 2,440 from Europe and 1,497 from North America.


三、展商分析 Exhibitor Analysis


本届华交会展览总规模为12.36万平方米,较第27届增加了展览面积2700平方米,展位总数 共计5707个;设立的五大专业主题展中家庭用品展展出面积最大,占总展览面积的33.57%。本次 华交会由9个主办省市交易团、3个组团城市交易团、联合交易团和境外交易团等14个交易团共 同组织了4000多家企业参展,其中境外参展企业463家;境内参展企业大多是生产型企业,所关 注的市场领域主要是欧美和日韩;总的来说,展商的参展重复率很高,之前参加过华交会的境 内展商占境内总展商的89%,境外展商占境外总展商的71%。就满意度而言,展商对采购商的组织、展 会的布局以及展会服务整体都很满意。

 There were 123,600 square meters in this ECF with 5,707 standard booths. And the exhibition area has increased by 2,700 square meters from the last. Home Products has the largest exhibition area in the ve theme exhibitions, accounting for 33.57% of the total exhibition area. More than 4,000 exhibitors, including 463 overseas exhibitors, were organized by 14 trade groups from Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujian, Jiangxi, Shandong, Nanjing, Ningbo, Hangzhou, Xiamen, Qingdao, United Trade Group and Overseas Trade Group. Most of the domestic exhibitors are production enterprises. The markets which they concern are mainly Europe, America, Japan and Korea. The ECF has a high rate of exhibitor's repeated participation, the domestic exhibitors who participated before accounted for 89% of the total domestic exhibitors, the overseas exhibitors who participated before accounted for 71% of the total overseas exhibitors. In terms of satisfaction, exhibitors are satised with the buyers organization, exhibition layout and exhibition service.


四、成交统计 Transaction Analysis 

本次华交会展期调整为四天,累计总成交额232029万美元,比上届同比增长0.16%;其 中,纺织服装类成交109512万美元,比上届下降7.45%;轻工工艺类成交102868万美元,比 上届下降3.47%;其他商品类成交19648万美元,近上届的三倍。在14个交易团中,浙江 交易团出口成交额最大,占大会总成交额的16.97%;另外,成交额最大的出口国家是日本,为 77020万美元。

 In addition, the amount of trade deals reached$2,320.29 million, 0.16% higher than last year. Among which, the transaction on textile and garment reached$1,095.12 million, decreased by 7.45%; the transaction on art gifts and consumer goods reached$1,028.68 million, decreased by 3.47%; the transaction on other goods reached$196.48 million, nearly three times than last year. In the 14 trading groups, Zhejiang Trading Group has the largest export volume, accounting for 16.97% of the total volume. And export target countries with the largest turnover is Japan, which is $770 million 200 thousand.


五、现场重大活动 Onsite Events 

“华东进出口贸易论坛”作为华交会的主论坛,今年的主题是“新时代,探索华东外贸发 展新思路”。从政府、行业、“一带一路”沿线国家等多角度、全方位地探讨外贸这个核心议 题,并与沿线国家(地区)相关商协会、贸易促进机构签署华交会“一带一路”贸易促进与合 作备忘录,逐步把华交会打造成为能发挥实质作用的“一带一路”贸易合作新平台。 

“第28届华交会跨境电商创新发展高峰论坛”,以“互联网+机遇”为主题,共议新形势 下的跨境电商创新促进中国外贸智能化渗透,加强了产业链上下游、软硬件各环节的整合协同,帮 助企业提升综合国际竞争力。本次论坛吸引了近百家外贸企业参与,反响热烈。 3月1日至3日,本届华交会举办了三场采购商现场对接会,分别是欧美、纺织服装和日本 买家对接会。其中,40家来自欧美的采购商参与本次对接会吸引了164家参展商,累计进行了 219场配对活动;40家专营纺织服装的采购商参与本次对接会吸引了92家参展商,累计进行 了289场配对活动;3家来自日本的采购商参与本次对接会吸引了20家参展商,进行了30场配 对活动。 

继续举办创新奖颁奖典礼,本届创新奖的参赛企业首次对境外参展企业开放,显示了创新 奖向国际化迈出坚实的步伐,共计有30家企业获得殊荣。

"The Import and Export Forum" is the main forum for East China Fair. The theme of this year is "the new era, exploring new concepts in the development of foreign trade in Eastern China". This forum has discussed the core issue of foreign trade from multi-angle and all-round, including government, industry, and countries along “the Belt and Road”; and signed the memorandum of “the Belt and Road” trade promotion, cooperating with relevant trade associations and trade promotion agencies of the countries (regions) along the route. Gradually, East China Fair will be built to become a new platform for trade cooperation in “the Belt and Road” that can play a substantial role. “The 28th ECF Cross-border E-Commerce Innovation and Development Summit” took the theme of “Internet + Opportunity” to discuss the cross-border e-commerce innovation under the new situation of the promotion inltration of China’s foreign trade intelligentization, strengthening the integration and cooperation between the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain and the various links of hardware and software to help enterprises improve their comprehensive international competitiveness. This forum has attracted nearly 100 foreign trade enterprises to participate, and the repercussions are warm. From March 1st to March 3rd, this year's ECF held three on-site Business Match Meetings, which were the European and American Buyers, Garments/Home Textile Buyers and Japanese Buyers. Among them, the rst day attracted 40 European and American buyers, 164 exhibitors participated, and 219 matchmaking events were carried out; the second day attracted 40 Garments/Home Textile buyers and 92 exhibitors participated, and a total of 289 matchmaking events took place; the third day attracted 3 Japanese buyers and a total of 20 exhibitors conducted 30 matchmaking events. For the rst time, the competition opens to the overseas exhibitors. It shows that the innovation award has taken a solid step towards internationalization. A total of 30 companies have been awarded.

 本届华交会汇聚了报刊杂志、电视电台、网络媒体、通讯社和电子商务媒体等近50家 权威媒体,进行多维度宣传,助力品牌形象线上、线下全面推广。 The 28th ECF has been attended by nearly 50 high-prole media organizations reporting on the event through a range of media, including newspapers、magazines、television、newswires and online media. We also carried out multidimensional publicity and reports on the exhibition to help promote the overall promotion of the brand image online and oine.
